"Dr Feitz is a horrible podiatrist. I requested my X-Rays and Office Notes and he charged me and gave me a Blank Disc and Notes from 2 years ago. I turned him into Medicare. They assigned a person to look into this and they received no return call back from his office after 3 times trying. My Cardiologist and New Podiatrist called and gave written requests to get my recent records including X-Rays taken and they were also ignored. It’s 6 months later and Dr Feitz’s Office doesn’t answer to give me my records. Other Droctors told me that Dr Feitz Office never releases records or X-Rays. Has soon as they hear the name Dr Feitz they know they will get no records.Horrible care and Not a Clean Office at all. Do yourself a favor and find a trust worthy Podiatrist."

"I thought it was pretty cool that the doctor wore a Hawaiian shirt. He had a laid back type of personality which in my opinion is refreshing. I have chronic feet issues and have had 5 surgeries already on both feet. I have insurance that covers 100% of all medical bills. I kept receiving a bill after I moved out of state. I don't have that information anymore. But they have it on file. Either someone isn't doing their job properly or someone is trying to get over on someone. Either way they need to address this issue because I am not the only one going through this. People aren't stupid when it comes to their insurance and money. It doesn't matter if the office treats you as if you were at a day spa or not people should not be dealing with the stress of false bills. Most people would not want to return and worry whether they will go through this again or not. The staff was very courteous and respectful. The atmosphere is really nice but again nobody wants to do with receiving a bill or continuous phone calls when they shouldn't. Trying to call to take care of this problem but both office numbers voice mails are full. So I guess someone will have to call me. Please clear y'all's voicemails at both locations so patients can call and get what they need taken care of. I can't believe both office voicemails are full. Smh"

"I went in with a pretty severe bruise on my foot because I feared it was broken. At first, the place seemed ok, until I got back into the large exam room that was absolutely disgusting. There was an exam chair I was told to sit in, which was covered in "dust", which was definitely the product of some sort of toenail or foot sanding. I didn't notice it until after I sat down, but my husband saw it and cringed through the whole visit. The doctor looked a mess, jeans, a Hawaiian print shirt... I do have insurance, and I paid around $75 at the place, which was far more than it should have been with my insurance. Basically all he did was do an X-ray, tell me it wasn't broken, and gave me a boot to wear. After the appointment, I started receiving bills. I called the place and explained that I had insurance and I'd already paid $75, and I wasn't paying their almost $600 bill, much of which was the cost of the boot that I didn't even use. The plastic boot was over $300! The lady said that a previous employee had been filing everything incorrectly, and to ignore the bill. The bills have not stopped coming and I can't afford to pay that PLUS my $400/month insurance too! These people need to get it together."
