"One of the best daycares in the area. It is very clean and the staff is amazing. My child loves going there."
"This place does not staff qualified caregivers. Even if you are a Citi employee, I would think twice before leaving my child with these people. My three-year-old was enrolled here for approximately six months; my child’s two caregivers had a classroom of about 15 other kids and by month four of our enrollment, they began to nitpick every little thing my child did in the classroom. I started getting phone calls every single day, being told every time that if I was not there in less than an hour that my child would be unenrolled from the care center. One of the directors actually told me they do not have enough caregivers on staff to support the amount of children they currently have. Their solution? Certainly NOT hire more qualified caregivers! Nope, for sure not, their solution was to kick my child out of school every single day because they don’t feel like doing their job properly, nor can they. Who cares about my career or whatever I have going on, why would that matter to caregivers who you paid money to watch your children while you work? Most definitely not this dandy crew! “Daycare” = care for your child during the day while mom and dad are away. No problem taking my money every week, yet every problem with doing their job. Quality of care here is a 0.0/10, don’t be fooled by the bells and whistles. I seriously question the capabilities of every facilitator here."
