"I got to the emergency room at about 2AM no with deep cut at my eyebrow and a smaller one on my nose bridge. I can say, EVERYONE was paying attention and helping out. From the nurse at the entry to lady at registration. Special thanks to Dr. Adam Goldstone and his assisting nurse, who saw my wound quickly and certainly, provided all the answers and band-aid needed."

"This is the most traumatic experience I have had in a hospital. They are so understaffed that I have to live in excruciating pain for at times hours before they will come to help. I know the staff is overwhelmed, but if you do not take your oath seriously I would consider another job. I am here for gallbladder stones, I have to wait over 24 hours for the surgery with little to no help during this process. I’ve never been in a place of care that I feel so helpless as a patient. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone unless it was dire need and then I would still not! It will be worth the extra minutes driving to a place that cares about your health and contentment. I am super scared for my surgery tomorrow considered the less than desirable level of care I have received today. Please say a prayer for me!"

"My father went in for severe back pain had a seizure.. they told me with his couple beers a day and advil for the pain is what caused it.. I did not believe them.. fought with them..3 years later.. he died of colon cancer.. an 11 cm tumor was found in his colon where his pain was.. if they had just listened and caught this.. my father who died at 63 would still be alive.Upon reading reviews I found out this is a TENET HEALTHCARE ran hospital which is responsible for euthanizing patients during Katrina, they didn’t believe they could save. I think they need to just be shut down."

"STAY AWAY FROM HERE. One of the worst hospitals you can go to. My father was being treated there for around 2 months. When they felt he no longer needed any medical attention we received a phone call stating they would drop him at the airport or a homeless shelter at 8am next day, the choice was ours. After weeks of trying to work with them to get him transferred to a rehabilitation center due to some handicap restrictions. They hang up on you, do not respond and will not take the time to work with anyone. They left it as our responsibility to work with difference companies to get a transfer done. We are out of state and now our hands are tied."

"My daughter had chest pains at work and was rushed there by paramedics. When i got to the hospital they said she wasn’t there thankfully i got proper help and was able to locate her there. They had her listed as male and missed spelled her name then during her stay the IV came out of her arm and blood pooled everywhere. During that time she had on her Apple watch removed it on put it on the table which After every was done and we were discharged we had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for my bother to arrive my daughter was in and out of it because of the pain and when we got home she noticed her watch was left behind we quickly called the hospital and was told nothing was there mind you the watch was left there because when her Ivy fell out they tried to put a new line in her right arm and told her to remove the watch. Security was no help we went back to the hospital and the African American female security guard from Allied security was very rude and condescending to my daughter who was still in pain and begging for help to locate her watch. The guard stated that she was headed to lunch and already asked the nurses which was a lie. When my daughter begged her help she said “i know how to hold on to my things it’s not my fault you can’t” my daughter has health issues and her watch is what i use to monitor her heart etc. the police officer there walked by 3-4 times and offered no assistance. This hospital is located on a very ghetto area in dixie so they treat a lot of people like junkies. When my daughter first arrived she was in her work clothes and when we came back she was wearing a dress but her hair was in a bonnet but still that is no reason to look down on someone who needs help or mock them. We have filed a police report and will be filing a complaint with the state. Too many errors and not enough compassion."
