I thought it was fixed then, It's Not..I have a letter from the Director of Surgical Services Dated May 11, 2021...Which Basically Means And Says Nothing ! They Demanded I Disclose Personal, Private And Dr Confidentiality Information Details About Myself.. They Demand I Answer ALL Of Their Questions Related to My Procedure Or Not... They Threatened to Modify My Records and Cancel My Scheduled Procedure if I Didn't.. They Claim " It's for the Anesthesiologist " When It's Not....They Won't Tell You Who They Are And Lie About Their Reasons They Think They Have Authority To Do It.... They Threatened to Modify My Records and Cancel My Scheduled Procedure if I Didn't.. This Time They Did.. Now We'll See !!!!! .... I Let It Go ONCE, Almost TWICE, Not This Time !!!!"
