Offering a diverse range of dishes from salads to meats, El Sarten stands out with its pricing – $13.95 for lunch and $18.95 for dinner on weekdays, and $18.95 for lunch and $22.95 for dinner on weekends. The ambiance is inviting, and what truly made our celebration memorable was the attentive service from the waitresses. While drinks and desserts come at an additional cost, the reasonable buffet prices make it a worthwhile dining option. Though the pork chops and fish didn't reach culinary heights, other items like the ajiaco left a lasting impression. The menu's variety ensures there's something for everyone. The drinks and natural juices were commendable, adding to the overall positive experience. El Sarten offers a unique and reasonably priced buffet experience, making it an excellent choice for family celebrations or casual outings. Despite a couple of dishes falling short, the standout items and warm ambiance make it highly recommended, particularly for those craving an authentic taste of Cuban cuisine."
