"although the service is good. The quality of the food has been declining for months now! The pizza is soggier than any other. The flavor is not the same as it was before. My family and I attempted them last night again for one last time, and that’s exactly what it is, the last time. It used to be our go to for cuban pizza but it’s not even cuban pizza anymore. Not crispy, super soggy and almost flat. The crust doesn’t have the original taste that it used to have. Seems like they changed the recipe. Oh and don’t get the black beans unless you want to eat beans with sugar. The plantains were also soggy. Come on Polo norte you have a lot of cuban pizza competition out there, at least maintain your level of quality that you used to have"

"We were so excited to try this place! However we were quickly disappointed. The waiter was so rude… he didn’t offer us cocktails or appetizers and seemed irritated when we had questions about the menu. We didn't get refill on our water and we waited a long time for basic service. **Be aware of your tip amount, Alejandro automatically selected 18% before handing us the card reader** Don’t waste your time on this basic cafeteria style food and terrible service ."

"Really nice place for a variety of food that suits parties with different appetites. The blend of Cuban food and Italian/pizza had us a little skeptical at first, but that was quickly dismissed after we got our food. They were having a special the weekend we went for the whole fish. Everything we ordered was delicious and very well portioned. Customer service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed dining in as well, interior is modern, very clean, and they have TVs all around playing random videos for background entertainment."

"I popped in for a quick bite here and it was great. I was provided excellent customer service by Lisandra and had a delicious freezing cold beer, as well as a traditional Cuban Hawaiian pizza. Great ambiance, location in a convenient shopping center, so happy I came in here! Will be back next time I am in town."
