"I have to say the food presentation SUCKS! I ordered a Churrasco tropi shop and first the churrasco looks pale and they didn’t even accommodated on top of rice, thrown on the side - it doesn’t even give you a good look to eat it! Rice needed more been juice- super dry! Unreal!!! You need to train your employees!"

"Ordered Ubereats from here last week. Worst serving of what they are known for... How are you going to sell me a Tropichop with 5-6 pieces of chicken. This is ridiculous and ruined my meal as I needed to order something else to fill myself. The full bowl is from Pollo Tropical in sweetwater off Flagler and 107th avenue. The pathetic looking bowl is from Pollo Tropical in Hialeah Gardens."
"I got to say I am impressed with both the service and the food at this location. Drive thru person got the order spot on and the food was cooked well and good portion. The manager of this store should go provide training to the nearby stores and in Miami lakes on how to run a location. Thank you for a goos dinner"
