"I have being eating from this place for a while but they quality have decreased, I usually don't like to give negative reviews , but this had happened to me more then once over the past month, and today i bought a family pizza, it was basically sauce and bread, with a very thin layer of cheese and not fully cooked, when we ordered we always ordered it crispy but this time that didn’t happened, the bad thing here is that is for my kids, and I also ordered two banana shakes, which i had to return it because it was super watery and didn’t taste like banana at all, they re-did for me, but with the same results, the server put a lot of milk and ice, and told me that they had a measurement to prepare it, for now i don't think i will order food from here again. So disappointed !!"

"There is more than one Polo Norte but this particular one is probably the best insofar as the food is concerned. It’s lowkey, doesn’t look like anything special and it’s in an out of the way plaza in Hialeah Gardens but it is easily one of the best places to get Cuban food possibly in the whole of Miami-Dade. My favorite thing about this place is they have actual fresh squeezed orange juice. Not the pasteurized stuff that claims to be fresh squeezed but never tastes like real orange juice."
