Chipotle Mexican Grill 2390 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL 33062

"This place is filthy, the employees are rude, and the food looks gross. We stopped in last night at 7pm. It looked like the food had not been refreshed for hours. An employee was cleaning the grill, which also looked disgusting. We left and went to Zona Fresca. Never again."

"The cashier Damaris was rude. I simply pointed out that there was a pay discrepancy between my previous visit and the one today. $19 vs $24 to be exact (we got 1 bowl). She condescendingly told me “this is what you ordered, I’m telling you this is the price” I told her that’s fine, I was simply pointing it out (since there’s supposed to be no harm in asking) and that she didn’t have to be rude about it. She then proceeded to throw my receipt at me and my boyfriend. Pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. Hope she has a better day."

"Nasty counter tops and food area. They NEED to clean up as they are dropping food on the counters. I nicely suggested to wipe things up and the cashier ignored me. She did not look at the mess nor did anything about it. I say shame on management and team leaders. I'm sure they see the mess. Train these workers to keep things clean. It's not hard!!!!"

"Well I will never go to this Chipotle again this plus a apple juice cost $38 damn dollars, never again will I eat here and the manager yelled at the kid serving me saying it had to be charged double meat and they seriously put one scoop of meat ea meat on the dish, now I did get 1/2 &1/2 on each dish, never again I hope you go out of business cause you are robbing people."

"Walked right up and ordered....no waiting at all. Food was fresh and yummy like normal, and people were really nice. Could have been cleaner on tables in seating area and soda fountain area....but not too bad. I'll be back....still need more cushioned seating for those of us with bad backs/necks! Be safe all."
