"I went with my son for his birthday to have breakfast with 4 of his friends. And the waitress at the reception insulted me without problems in front of the children, because I asked her to explain why I was waiting for 15 minutes with 5 children with empty tables. What a terrible experience!!! For IHOP: I can give more information without problems, but I do not want to return to that location, I really doubt that they can provide 5-star service with that type of behavior at the front desk!"

"My step mom was going back to Chile and wanted an “American Breakfast” before she left. So IHOP was close and decided to try it. Wow, the first thing I noticed was the smell, a combo of food and some strong cleaning fluid. Waitress was nice but was the only one serving so was busy. Brought coffee (we asked for water and she either didn’t hear or forgot). First coffee cup had lipstick on it. She brought another and poured the coffees for us. After a bit noticed the second cup had egg stuck to the handle. There seemed to be an overall cleanliness problem but already ordered food and decided to stick it out since we had to get to the airport. Food came out and looked good and didn’t taste bad, but not great. In general, I would tell you to move on and spend your money somewhere else."
