"I understand that they were almost closing but I would like to have what i order not a random hamburger, I realize after get to work that they give me other hamburger instead of my Baconator."

"For $13.00 I ordered a Dave's single large fries and drink. I understand when a restaurant is slow ,but I was served a dried out hamburger, the buns were stale , the fries were cold and hard! I dont appreciate being served old food just because the servers were bored and lazy and didn't care to serve me fresh food. It was only a few minutes later I discovered this after I left."

"I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. Got to the car took a bite. It was a spicy chicken sandwich, returned it and it took him 5 minutes to give me another sandwich. But I waited for my first sandwich. For at least 5 minit's roll was hard and cold. Cheese. Wasn't melted sandwich was cold and dried out. If you make a mistake on an order, you should accommodate someone and put a little extra in there. And try a little harder. Because that was your mistake, not mine."

"Whoever the lady was at the drive thru was VERY! Line was long and I could hear her constantly saying “oh my God”. WTH?! Why was she even at the drive thru?! So once I got up to the window, I asked her what was that all about and reminded her that, that was her job!! She proceeds to tell me that she wasn’t talking to me and that I owed her an apology! I was in disbelief that someone so rude could be at the window, so I drove off and she shouted “ yeah, get the hell out of here”. If I owned Wendy’s she would have been fired on the spot!!"

"Terrible. Waited in line 10 minutes. No employee there. Then i just walked away. I heard the oven in the back going off the whole time. It's 50/50 there will even be someone there to take your order. If there is, they'll most likely mess it up. It's very complicated."
