I patiently wait for about an hour thinking maybe they’re just busier than usual and go up to ask what’s going on and they have the audacity to say oh it looks like you weren’t checked in …????? Why would you watch me just sit here and not inquire. Jokes."

I went in as a walk-in and even though no appointments were available, he informed me that I could go to Sanitas Urgent Care center. And that my insurance would cover 2 visits a year and no appointments are needed. He also made an appointment for my husband. And he was able to assist me in finding and printing my referral to see a specialist. It is truly refreshing to receive such great service and he was always so attentive and kind.
