"Doors locked when I walked up to it. I made a mobile order to pick up in store and dine it hours show it should be open. I called to get .y order there isn't ant excuse that there lobby is closed if I owned this franchise I'd fire the general manager for costing me money as foot traffic is a big part of owning a business. I also requested dine in to enjoy my food but was refused that plus the girl handing me the bag looked angry I called for my food and wanted the manager who I never got btw."

"this place is best closed down. don't go here. overtime had the worst experiences, from cold food, missing & wrong items, never have the right food items here. unprofessional staff and quite rude, i was shocked. it's mostly empty for a reason. other locations always get my order right, are professional and have the food very hot. other wendy's locations are superb compared to here. i tried to give this location a chance. they need new staff & management. they clearly don't want people coming there that's why they don't restock or get the order correct the first time. if i could give 0 stars i would. just very unprofessional. whoever the company or person is that owns this locations needs to do an investigation on how it is being run. will not being going back again."

"Woman running the register refused to give me the food for my Uber eats orders & she told me I was on a timer to grab my food out of the window. She has been rude since I arrived & she mistakenly gave one of the drinks away to another driver. Please do something about this extremely rude woman she does not give your store a good representation and doesn’t deserve a job the way she’s interacting with customers. She has the entire line held up & has given me attitude since the moment I spoke to her. Absolutely avoid this location at all costs. I never leave poor reviews but this woman deserves every bit of this"
