"Dont bother going if its after 11, even if they're now open until midnight. I went and the first thing the person working the drive thru said was "we only have brown rice right now." LOL. No ones coming to Pollo Tropical to have some brown rice by itself. If they can't make sure that they'll have enough food to sell after 11, they should just stick to staying closed at 11. Its better for the customers and employees alike."

"Ordered for pick up, it said to pick up at 3:10pm I get there at 3:15, is not busy, but I see my food from the door just on the counter sitting there, no packed. I stand there for 20 minutes just looking at my food, I told the lady I’m picking barely acknowledge me, then I talked to the cashier because nobody is giving my order. I see 5 people order and get their food while i’m just standing there. Nonetheless, the rice was cold, the chicken was somewhat warm. Horrible service."

"The manager at this polo tropical thinks she is the sauce police restricting and putting a limit to the customer's giving attitude and exaggerating I asked for 3 sauces for half a chicken she answered with you can't request "40 sauces" her attitude is absurd. Now, every time I go, it's a problem. Also, the soda isn't calibrated correctly."
