"This place is really filthy, to start. I wasn't sure if I should even eat here. The workers are really impolite and were using their phones rather than performing their duties. The woman told me to place my order at the kiosk. I didn't know how to use the kiosk, and the woman had a rather nasty attitude, so I went through the drive-through instead. I should back up my car in the drive-through, she informed me. Employees must be handled!"
"If I can give this store zero stars I would. 3rd time I have ordered via the app and my order is missing something, food is always cold and soggy. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again."
"For one this store is extremely dirty. I was hesitating to even eat here. The employees are very rude and was on their phones instead of doing their job. Lady told me to use the kiosk instead of taking my order. I went to the drive thru instead because I don’t know how to use the kiosk and the lady had a disgusting attitude. She told me to back up my car in the drive thru. Employees need to be dealt with!"
"I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, a chicken quesadilla, and a soft taco supreme. They could only take cash. They gave me the food and receipt. I didn't check it because it was three items. I get home, and now I'm out $15 for 3 regular hard tacos, one regular doritos locos taco, some nacho fries, and a bean and beef burrito. I'm just going to eat this because why bother? I should've looked before I left. Maybe I'll get what I order one day. Today was not that day."
