"Had a late dinner with my brother and I must say, our server Jen was phenomenal from start to finish. She was very attentive to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the drink and food menu. Definitely created a wonderful and friendly atmosphere with her kind and open personality. The all day 2 for 1 happy hour drinks always a plus. The mix and match dinner entrees for 2 always a win. If you ever come to this Applebees be sure to get Jenn. You’ll be guaranteed great and friendly service. You will not be disappointed"

"I don’t usually go out to eat but it was a special occasion and definitely enjoyed the food. The server could have been more attentive considering it was during a slow lunch period, but overall would eat there again. I had one of their specials."

"First of all . The bbq ribs were so dry and cold . The runner was so rude , just dropped the food, and did not even ask if we need anythingelse, this place was empty, and the cook was eating on the back baping . On top of that, some guests were complaining . The manager didn't ask us if we needed anything . They just keep kissing those guest .... We'll not a good experience"

"Our server Kristian was great given the condition the restaurant put him in. About 10 minutes after we sat down, a party of 20 comes in as a walk-in. The manager didn’t even bother to help the poor server with the difficult table (they wanted their party of 20 separated between 6 different checks). When we left the restaurant at 11:45, the party of 20 was still ordering and was on check 3 out of 6 (they close at 12AM). Why do I bring up this party of 20? The stress of the situation led to my order being put in wrong and I waited for about 20 minutes while the rest of my party finished their meal to get my correct order. I DO NOT blame our server for this. Morale of the story, get a manager who can be a team player and maybe the staff won’t struggle with an unexpected workload."
