Wendy's

"Just got a baconator with less than 1 strip of bacon on it total. I'm used to mediocre service from this location but this is exceptionally bad."

"I got an apple pecan salad drive thru. The employee stated that they didn't have the vinaigrette so I chose a substitute. When I got back to hotel, I found that there was no pecan either. So I went back, the employee got confused. I told her that there was no pecan in my bag with the apple pecan salad, the nuts. She looked around and only found one tiny bag and said "sorry there is only one left." Tomorrow the manager will come in and we'll have everything. All 20 minutes waiting back and forth to not get my order right. Never been to a Wendy's this bad."

"The Breakfast Egg & Cheese Biscuit is good, but next time I will add jelly or mayonnaise or something; maybe hot sauce for more flavor. The Seasoned Potatoes are excellent. I always add Chili Seasoning to them or to Fries."

"I have gone to this Wendy's several times and each time leaves me more disappointed than the last. The staff are incredibly rude, usually playing loud music, and are too busy partying to actually pay attention to their orders. Not only is the wait time ridiculously long every time you go (the past 3 times I've gone I've waited over 30 mins for a burger), but 90% of the time they give you the wrong item. The final straw was tonight as my partner and I were very specific that we wanted chicken sandwiches and even had the girl read it back to us. Not only did she give us burgers but she was very rude when we pointed out that she gave us the wrong thing! You know it's bad when even your neighbors are warning you to avoid this Wendy's. Very disappointed and will probably not go back to Wendy's as the next one is too far up the road for quick food."
