"It's McDonald's lol. Staff is either great or somehow getting through their shift. At night though? Not worth it, always understaffed, legit 2 people workin at a location right off the highway."

"Every time I've come here there has been an issue. The drive thru is probably the most obvious as it should not take me 30 minutes to get a freaking kids meal. Every time is always a half hour trip when it should be a 5 minute trip. Second is that the staff have nothing better to do than socialize amongst themselves. One of the previous times I was here, they were having a full-blown argument in the pick up window with profanity and screaming. After waiting for the yelling to calm down, my bag got thrown at me while they continued to argue. Finally, piggybacking on this previous issue, they are always giving us the wrong items (probably because they are unfocused on what they're doing). I've never had a fast food place screw up as many orders as this place. It's becoming more and more obvious why I prefer to go to the chic fil a down the road because these guys are running a circus with no ring leader."

"You can order and pay on your phone, or order at the kiosk, which makes customization easy, since they will nearly always enter the order incorrectly at the register. The self-service drink station is closed again and the napkin dispenser will be empty. The drinks will arrive at least 7 minutes after the food. Pumpkin Spice Delight Iced Coffee is worth the wait. The beeper from the kitchen stays on and they may be out of one or two items even if the app says that the item is available. They will forget to give you something with each order. Hopefully it's just the napkins missing, which will be okay because you probably have a few of the 57 napkins they gave you last time. Wifi was working."
