Chick-fil-A

"This is hands down the worst chick fil-A I’ve ever been to. Waited in the drive thru for 32mins!!!!!!!! .Arrived 9:40 pm and finally was out 10:12pm there was no one outside expediting the lines. I’ve never visited a chick-fil-A where there wasn’t people outside expediting the lines to move faster unless it’s raining. It wasn’t raining the weather was great. When it turned 10pm one of the workers probably the lead of supervisors came outside to open the second lane which then caused everyone that was behind me to now come in front of me and skip me about 4 to five car were now able to come infront of me and of course the second lane that was opened was faster than the lane I was stuck in. Instead of opening a second lane what she should have done was expedite that would have moved the lane faster and no one would skip no one! When I was finally able to get closer to the store I looked inside from the window and saw young people just standing around! They could have been outside expediting the lines to get everyone out faster! Not only did I wait 32mins but the chicken strips were way to well done!!!!!! My child took a bite from all of them but he couldn’t eat it because it was well over cooked"

"This location has made some small mistakes before but today they forgot the whole chicken patty in my sandwich. How do you forget to put the chicken in the sandwich? Absolutely amazes me how that even happened."

"Always something when is not the fries that are not fresh and soaked in oil now the breakfast. How am I supposed to eat this sandwich when the biscuit is in one direction and the chicken, egg and bacon in another. Idk happened to one part of the biscuit. So disappointing!"

"This is a new restaurant and the obviously aren't up to speed on the quick food preparation and service it most other ones are. I really blame them given the difficulties in hiring right now but the line was not terribly long but very slow, and by the time I got up to my food - it was a mobile order picked up through the drive-thru - it was just barely warm."
