"Went to get the breakfast burrito with 6 strips of bacon, it may have had 6 small 2 inch pieces of bacon. It was ok and the fried potatoes were good though."

"The staff noticed that my daughter was wearing a Happy Birthday tiara and they gave our whole party a small frosty and cookies for free. They even sang to her. That was so nice and unexpected. Such a nice group of people working there."

"Man I have never enjoyed a fast food restaurant like I enjoy this one. There’s times I don’t even feel like having wendys but I’ll go to this one just cause their always so friendly. The gentleman who often takes my money at the first window is hilarious and always makes jokes with me or my boyfriend and we take lunch separately the majority of the time but we’re often on the phone with one another and get to make jokes and say hello. So the customer service is way above average. I feel like everyone I have ever dealt with at this location, is running at some higher level of friendliness then the rest of America is. I always assume that when an establishment is full of happy and friendly employees, that they most likely have an amazing manager behind them, and so please send my kudos to whoever is so good at hiring friendly people. I’d give those guys 10 stars if I could!"

"WORST WENDY'S EVER!!! Stopped in Friday evening (9/29) around 8:30pm and had the worst Wendy's experience ever. This place reeks of poor Management. ALL of the soda machines were EMPTY except the Zero drinks! NO Frosties!!!??? REALLY??? At Wendy's??? No Frosties at Wendy's??? The place was FILTHY!!! Water all over the floor around the EMPTY soda machines and in the restrooms! Had to wait 30 minutes for our food, and unfortunately left without checking our bag, only to find out later that one of our sandwiches was left out!!! Why did it take SO LONG and the place was virtually EMPTY!!! (see photo). The entire Management Team of this location should be FIRED!!! No worries.... because I will "NEVER" come to this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
