"I took in my dulcimer to get a estimate on having the bridge lowered. They said they couldn’t get ahold of me so proceded to do the work without my approval. They ended up restringing it, which I didn’t ask for, and charged me $90 to lower the bridge. The bridge was not lowered enough so I still have to have someone else fix it! Never again!"
