"Me and my son purchased a 2 sausage mcgriddles and hash brown and a big breakfast with hotcakes extra sausage and hash brown. We did not get any hash browns and no extra sausage. I was too far away to turn back, but for future reference please make sure you guys have the right items before giving bag to vehicle because sometimes the food isn't for the person picking up so they may not open and check."

"This location always disappoints. Tonight I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and specifically asked for fresh nuggets (because they are predictably not going to give me good nuggets at night) and I got literally uneateable nuggets that were overly crunchy and old. Both my teas were unsweet when I paid for sweet. And my mcchicken also tasted like it had been made and sat for a while. I’m so sick of the usual lack of care."

"Drive through is NEVER opened. The service is so bad. Workers have their kids running around the lobby area- can tell these stores are no longer ran by Casper’s company. I haven’t been here in months because of the service. Came today in a bind and was quickly reminded why I stopped in the first place."

"Your female employee running the drive through at 10 o'clock at night on 12/21/2023....bless her heart. I understand individuals with special needs have a hard time. I think you should probably change her shift, she can't handle working on her own. She should probably go back through training, customer service etiquette as well. I tried to ask for her name but she only knew foul language. Poor dear. She's losing business with her out bursts. Please let her know we will pray for her. Sad."
