Mel is all around fun to be around his service is great he always have a smile on his customers face even though there is a little wait but it's worth it because he always keep you entertained and smiling."

"Mel, you have somehow made the BEST ribs I’ve ever had! I grew up close to Memphis, and experienced the worlds best barbecue during Memphis in May - World BBQ Championship. Your pork ribs sir are finer than any I’ve ever tasted in Memphis or anywhere in between far and wide. The ribs are tender, falling off the bone, yet, there is that subtle tangy moist crust holding all of the goodness together. The Mac and cheese is amazing as is the potato salad. Wow, is all I have to say and thank you for being a blessing by the awesome food you provide. Best ever."
