"What a great place to eat! Went here on a Wednesday night in January 2024. Walking in the door, I could tell this was going to be a tasty meal. Had a large bowl with two bases and steak for the protein. Went with pesto noodles and sweet potato noodles, great choice. Had it topped with steak, avocado, and some other good stuff. Ate it there, and was a super delicious meal. Will go again when in the area."

"I love the convenience of the drive thru. Bolay has the same concept as Fresh Kitchen, Chipotle, Qdoba, etc. Where you pick your base, protein, toppings, and sauce. In this particular bowl, I picked the Teriyaki Chicken, Asian Sweet Potato Noodle, Garlic Mushrooms, and Herb Roasted Zucchini. The noodles had so much sesame and chili flavor, the teriyaki chicken was tender and juicy, and the mushrooms were perfect. The zucchini could have used more flavor, but the creamy garlic and herb sauce helped in that matter. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and I will return."
