"My co-worker and I stopped into Capriotti's while in Northdale for lunch the other day and I can say, we will be back time and time again. The two young men that were working there are rockstars. Both welcoming, kind, and hardworking. I ordered a Philly with hot peppers and it was delicious! So happy to see a place that has "hot peppers" that are actually spicy. The food was great, but it's the staff that sets this place apart from, well, most fast-dining restaurants in this day and age. Highly recommend!"

"Second time eating from this place. I'll hold off for a while after today's visit. They really have quliaty sandwiches. The portions are nice and filling. Both times I had the Wagyu Steak Sandwich and Fries. However, this second time, some of my steak was pink and my fries were completely covered in salt. Every single one. Ended up trashing them because I couldn't eat them. They are uber heavy on the salt. Not sure why, but it seems to be their way of doing things. I noticed it the first time, but thought that was just an off day. Nope. Second time, more salt. Make sure to have several glasses of water on hand. You'll need the hydration after eating this food. If you have HBP, you might wanna try a different place altogether."

"The struggle is real people! Do I share a great secret or keep to myself? Been by this place a hundred times and finally went in. Sorry Publix, they've got you beat....by FAR! 5 sandwiches, with Military discount, $39. Shredded turkey, excellent. Chipotle chicken, excellent, Italian, excellent. BBQ chicken, excellent. New regular stop for us!!"

"Please be aware of the totally bogus "Tech Convenience Fee" of 30 cents added to every order. I ask the young man behind that counter what this was for and he could not easily provide me an answer. He then finally said something like a transaction fee for using a credit card. That would seem reasonable, except I PAID CASH !!!!! At that point I was cheerfully refunded my 30 cents. Until this "additional, unfair profit grabbing fee" is removed I will never step foot in this place again. The facility was very clean and well organized. The young man behind the counter taking orders was very nice and took my order without any issues. My Cheese steak sandwich arrived quickly and was fresh, hot & very good. Overall a good experience. They just need to remove the "Tech Fee" NOTE: I walked into the facility and placed my order directly with the person behind the counter. I did not use any technology in placing my order."

"Finally a sandwich shop that uses the tastiest and freshest ingredients that any top chef would use to make a remarkable sandwich or salad . Great atmosphere, staff was super friendly staff took the time to inform us on all the benefits of Cap rewards program. We can’t wait to return to taste the Cheese Chop Aug 1st."
