"This sub-acute hospital and rehab facility has been great so far. Every staff member basically introduced themself at one point or another! From the Director of the hospital to the transport driver, they have all been very friendly. I was told that one staff member had a bit of an attitude but once it was reported, a nursing supervisor came by and took a report from the offended patient and then the roommate patient was also questioned for any concerns they had. While we will not know what happens further, the fact is that it was all addressed with 12-24 hours. The facility is clean, the doctors, nurses, and techs extremely friendly, and the rehab program utilized one on one and group sessions to help the patient get healthier and more independent. As a non-patient, I am extremely comfortable leaving my mother in the care of the staff and my mother looks and feels better after only 2 days. She has nothing but praises and that means a lot when you are looking for a facility to care for a family member."
