"I've been trying to make an appointment for a month. Have answered the phone once of maybe 30 times calling over the course of the month, extremely rude staff, long hold times."

"First of all I was very happy with Dr. Farino’s care. This review is for the office staff. I have a cast on with a broken wrist. I am flying to Ohio where I live to have surgery in a week. I called last week to cancel my appointment as I thought it would be unnecessary since I was having surgery in Ohio. The woman I spoke with encouraged me to keep the appointment which I agreed to. However, this morning I went for my appointment and was told I had canceled it. My daughter heard the conversation when I called confirming I was keeping my appointment. The lady was very snippy accusing me of canceling telling me to take a seat there were many others in front of me and they could possibly get me in without any time frame even though I had a 10:00 appointment. I had another appointment in a couple hours so I couldn’t wait around. The lady was rude and accusatory, no compassion at all or took accountability. Her spiteful last comment when I had to leave was “you’re refusing care?” How sad!"

"Dr Thomas saw me and ignored my half hour explanation of my 20 years of sports and dance injuries that have led to my chronic pain and simply just said “you’re fat and need to lose weight”. I’ve never felt less heard in my life."

They were nice enough to get us in the next day for a consultation, by Friday (after fitting us into Dr Rubin’s schedule at his urging) my wife was in surgery and now she’s on the mend. This is the most professional group of surgeons/doctors we’ve ever needed or used! Truly amazing!"
