"This is the 2nd time I’ve been in the Transitions treatment program of Memorial Hospital. The first was in 2017 and now. Both times has been to address PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss. The first time admitted, I was a transfer in from a PHP at another program, to a IOP at Transitions. I believe my faith in Jesus first, with the behavioral health program at Transitions saved my life in 2017. Now with this new episode of triggered PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, I admitted into the PHP at Transitions. I knew it’s where I’d find the help I needed and they have not failed thus far this 2nd time around 4 years later, after hitting a hard trigger with the 20th anniversary of 9/11 attacks and what happened in Surfside, FL, reminding me of Ground Zero, 20 years ago. I was a volunteer in NYC at the site of the attack on the Twin Towers at The World Trade Center. The group work, individual therapy, daily checking in and out with mood monitors and processing various daily themes we (patients) work on with the amazing and highly skilled clinicians, using CBT and ART modalities is their formula for success in providing excellent mental health treatment for successfully returning back to living, with new tools and mindset. I highly recommend Transitions programs at Memorial Hospital, South Tampa."
