Charley's Philly Steaks

"So we ordered from Charlys in Dunedin FL, 3 times in the last 2 years, every time they were out of celery. So it's safe to say that they don't stock celery, we wouldn't have ordered the wings if we knew that there's no celery. The wings and cheesesteak are great. Just don't even order the celery."

"I went to charlie’s today and I ordered a sweet tea from there. I found a bone in my drink. I don’t know how it got there but there’s no way a piece of bone just falls into someone’s drink. That is very dangerous and also very unsanitary. Someone’s kid could have ordered that and could’ve choked on that. Charlie’s needs to look out for what they put in there food and drinks."

"This was my first time trying this location. The restaurant was really clean and appears set up more for carry out/ drive thru than eating indoors. All tables are small 2 seat set up. My order was taken promptly and I was told of the various weekly specials. I ordered 2 steak and cheese with 2 cheese fries. It was only a 5 minute drive to get it back to work to eat. As soon as we opened it and tried to pick it up the bun started falling apart. The fries were very under fried and mushy so we barely ate them. The flavor of the sub left a weird after taste. My coworker rated the food a 1. I thought a 3 at least for the sub due to the amount of meat. But not worth the $35 price for 2 subs and fries that were more expensive and lesser quality than local competition."

"Very disappointed in what just happened! I had fries that were cooked already and re-dropped to make them hot again! That’s gross trust me you can tell a big difference especially in the color of the fry and taste won’t be returning."

"I asked for a chicken steak half and half only chipotle ranch. The chicken was great, not drenched in sauce and the steak came with all the toppings. I politely asked for a remake I do not eat onions, nor mushrooms and if I politely ask and pay, it’s not a matter of picking it off the taste still remains. So they remade the steak and cheese like they were upset and drenched it in chipotle ranch. You don’t play with peoples food grow up. Remade the sandwich I paid for at home"
