"1st time doing an online order, no issues there. Arrived to pickup, scheduled time was set and I arrived 10 minutes later. Order all new bagged up and ready to go. All great till I got home and found 1/2 my order missing. Really messes with your appetite"

"I really wanted some good hot Fried Chicken. And I was kind of expecting it to be a little greasy too. However I got none of the above from this location. The chicken was semi crispy I could tell it had been sitting there for over 5 minutes. I ordered their fried okra and it was disgusting. And I love okra! The corn on the cob was so bland. Perhaps if they put a little salt in my bag I could have lively it up. When I got back to my hotel room I realize not only did I not have salt I had no condiments. That might be my bad maybe I should have asked. 5 hours later and my stomach still hurts from that meal. Lastly, the restroom was a mess. And lastly there was no greeting nor customer service just a cute face at the front counter. A friendly greeting goes a long way when it comes to rating a restaurant."
