"BE VERY CAREFUL, UNETHICAL BILLING PRACTICES. I been a patient for over 8 years. Since the system went through changes in the last years, its impossible to talk to Dr. support staff, takes over 6 moths to get appointments and worse of all: Receive charges for visits and services that never happened.I guess they are hoping that since the insurance covers it one wont notice. I really like my Dr. but it is coming to a point were I will need to look for another Dr. somewhere else."
"I would not recommend this group. Extremely difficult to get appointments. Over a year wait for gynecology women's well visit. Very difficult to navigate the MyChart system. It does not integrate with everything it should. Nurses still asking for all the paperwork even after you fill in the pre-check in online. Just wasting everyone's time. I miss the old fashioned doctor patient relationship. At this place, you are less than a number...."
