"Dr. Mik was wonderful. The staff terrible. I am zipped to various voicemails and I leave messages. No call backs. I have 4 tests to go through and have been going around in circles with the staff voicemails for weeks. I had to file a compaint with my insurance carrier. I held off writing this review in Google as a last resort. I am going to have to go to another facility. In the meantime, what about my...uh...heart?"

"Time to find a new cardiologist. While Dr. Patel is great the customer service here is TERRIBLE!! Had an echocardiogram scheduled for 11:15am, got stuck in terrible traffic on the way so I called to inform I would be a little late. I walked through the door at almost exactly 11:29am. Went to the sign in kiosk and signed in. Waited for about an hour at that point I decided to see how much longer the wait would be. I was then given the delightful news that because I was more than 15 minutes late my appointment was cancelled. Nothing popped up on the kiosk when I signed in, no word from anyone for the hour I sat and waited. The only excuse they could muster was "I was at lunch". Took time off from work for this appointment but they don't care enough about their patients to worry about that kind of thing. I'll miss Dr. Patel but if this is the kind of team I have to deal with to see him, I'll pass."
