"When I came into Your hospital I was unconscious and had to come by ambulance, so I had all my jewelry on when I got to the hospital. This is to include two necklaces one pair of stud earrings and a diamond and gold tennis bracelet. Well a nurse came out and gave my husband a denture cup that had in it to necklaces and a pair study rings no diamond Tennis bracelet. I called several people there at the hospital to try to get some help in finding out what happened to my bracelet but to no avail. My suggestion to them was to look in medical records look up the date that the nurse took off my jewelry find out which nurse it was an why she Didn't give my husband the bracelet.
