"Got breakfast this morning and the biscuit was hot and fresh. Hash browns were hot and drink was refreshing. It is good to have a fast food restaurant with clean tables, clean floors, and clean bathroom, that also has super friendly service. The team work is impeccable, I appreciate the hard work the workers do for the customers. I do have a few I have met and remember their names (Genva, Lakedra, Takerria, Angel, Landon and the General Manager Ms. Theresa. I want to also give props to the biscuit makers and the cooks."

"First of all whoever's taking orders this morning apparently can't hear and because I didn't want to wait any longer I chose to ask for a refund instead of waiting on a sandwich to be made. The woman cashing you out at the window appears to be in a rush when giving you your food she also seemed upset that I wanted a refund instead of wanting a sandwich to be made and then I had to deal with the general manager. Simply put everyone up there is really rude and what I can gather is that no one seems to want to be at work and with a GM like that I kinda understand."

"Absolutely horrible customer service experience this morning with a female shift manager at this location. From rudely disciplining an employee in front of me on three separate occasions to having a condescending tone towards me for asking a simple question about napkins. I know its hard finding quality employees to work in this industry but this person should never be in charge of anyone or even training them for that matter. Is this the type of person you choose to represent your brand? I will never set foot in this location again."

"It didn't just take 5 minutes to get my order though the drive through, but both of my sandwiches looked like they where cardboard. On that note one of my sandwiche looked like someone took a bite out of it. Yet they did one thing right the food tasted just like it looks, prison food cardboard."

"Service was limited. They only had one cashier on the front line and one on the drive-through that I saw. Most of the food was partially cooked, buscuits were still raw in the middle, and the gravy was cold. The only part of the meal that was cooked was the sausage, and it was burnt. I heard my husband tell her what I wanted, and they still didn't get it right. I had ordered the Frisco, which was cold, and the bread was stale. When my hubby went to ask for condiments because they didn't put any in our bag& the self servecenter was not filled, she gave off the impression we were disturbing her."
