"Workers were loudly talking about roaches that were in the kitchen. A worker called me up super early even though the food wasn't ready and two other people were ahead of me. Worst of all? The food was TERRIBLE. The soda tasted like someone poured good soda onto a gym Bros socks and then squeezed it into my cup. The burger was bland and the nuggets tasted like they were brought at dollar tree. Thr unsalted fries were the only decent thing. I literally have a terrible taste in my mouth. I regret coming here and will not be making the same mistake again. Terrible location with terrible food. It's empty in there for a reason."

"This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I pulled up to place my order in the drive-thru, the employee was yelling at me and had a very rude tone throughout the ordering process, even though I remained calm and respectful. When I pulled up to the window, I was unable to redeem my free chicken nuggets because the scanner was "broken." They threw the bag at me and shut the window. The food was not great and I ended up paying more than I had anticipated, since I couldn't redeem my free item."
