"BEWARE! If you are a first-time customer, they DO NOT warm/toast the sandwiches. I did not know this, and received a sandwich with cold meat and un-melted cheese. Had I known they did not heat up your food, I would've gone somewhere else. It can be fast all day long, but it still has to be quality."

"Ordered delivery online last night at 7:30 pm. At about 8:00 I checked on the order and showing processing. Checked again about 5 mins later and had already switched to complete. Called the store for over an hour and phone rings endlessly then hangs up. Buyer beware."

"Hours need to be updated as another review stated. Completely ridiculous that hours say open til 10 and delivery til 9 when we got there at 7:40 on a Thursday, all lights are off and store is completely closed. Thanks for wasting our 15 min drive's worth of gas. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Beyond unprofessional especially seeing other reviews stating this is a repeated issue."

"They need to update their hours. I put in a delivery at 7:30pm, then they called me at about 7:45pm stating they had to void the delivery because it was too close to closing. Regardless of the fact their hours say the delivery until 9:00pm. This has happened to me twice now where I order WELL before close and still get my order voided for seemingly no reason. And because I order through DoorDash, I don’t get my refund until SEVERAL days later. This is the last time I’m going to be attempting to order from here, as they make it nearly impossible to actually get food from them."

"Put my order in at 11:30 call at 12:00 to see what the holdup was since they were delivering it in the same Plaza literally walking distance was told delivery driver was out but it would be there shortly. After another hour passed so an hour and a half at this point I called again trying to find out what happened to my sandwich to which they said oh it'll be on its way. It literally took an hour and a half for them to deliver my sandwich 0.03 miles and now at this point I'm already super irritated my lunch has passed and when I open the bag my order was wrong like seriously. Do not order here not worth the trouble"
