"Walked into this specific location and the tables that were vacant were covered in crumbs of people’s leftover food, napkins, and just overall dirty. When i went up to order my food the area where they make it was a disaster. Nothing was properly getting cleaned and there was foods getting mixed into other containers of food. It’s not that difficult to keep an establishment like that well kept. Food on the other hand was very good."

"Boy making my bowl had an attitude like he didn’t want to be there.. tried to give me the tiniest amount of beans/chicken/fajita veggies.. I’m talking like half a spoon full.. then they charged me for double meat.. when I asked why the bowl was more expensive the girl said “looks like double meat to me” …. Even though my meat was covered with corn, tomatoes and veggies… not gonna sit there and make a scene but they definitely gave bad service. If they wore What’s up homie, not sure your name but I like to say I appreciate you and see you respecting and engaging the content tags I would’ve put em on blast. Close this place or re train the staff"

"Terrible. 8 employees and not ONE clean table… the soda machine was a DISASTER with ice over flowing onto the floor… everything was sticky. The line was huge and barely moving… bathrooms were disgusting. I’m shocked this location is still open… where is management?"

"I really don’t leave many reviews but I must say this place is a disaster. This was not the first time my online order wasn’t ready until one hour after it was supposed to be ready. There seemed to be no sense of urgency with the carryout person who was preparing orders for whoever asked for their order rather than preparing the food in the order they were received. This lead to not missing ingredients in the food I ordered number of times. Also, the online customer service department seems non existent so getting a refund seems impossible. I feel bad writing this review but I wish my experiences were better because I do enjoy chipotle food."

"I am a chipotle fan. It's my favorite amongst similar restaurants because of the taste of the food. However, uncleanliness is distasteful. For some reason the doors were propped open. The AC was working. There were 2 customers in when I arrived and at least 8 workers. Almost all tables were dirty. The floor had not been swept. The bathroom was dirty. And, due to the doors being open there were several visible flies around the service line. Where is the management?! I will quickly stop my patronage if it is in this condition the next time I visit."
