"Terrible in all ways. Very rushed by the staff. My buttered bagel was only buttered on one side. My wife's bagel did not provide a knife for spreading the cream cheese. $20 for two bagels, banana, and one water. If not in the RSW airport, this business would close it doors in a week."

"It was fine. There are not many food options at RSW. I had an early morning flight and needed some food to hold me over until I would be able to get lunch. I ordered and Asiago bagel with cream cheese. I will say the time it took to place my order and receive my order was quick. However, the employees were not the friendliest. I watched an employee be super rude to a customer in front of me. While he wasn't the most chipper person he didn't do anything that warrant her behavior. The employees expectation of how a stressed traveller should act at 6 in the morning was set really high. It was just overall a bad look for her as an employee. This is coming from someone who worked retail for over 20 years so I DO know what it is like to work with people and how she bahaved was uncalled for. The bagel was not that great either. This was probably the worst bagel I have ever had and I really love bagels. I found it to be lacking in flavor and pretty dry. I didn't even end up eating the entire thing becuase it wasn't worth it. I would pass on this if you can."

"Visited in before our flight and had the Chicken Bacon Club on an everything bagel. It wasn’t bad but not great either, chicken a bit bland. Nice selection of bagels and packaged baked goods. Prices are not awful around 12$/ea sandwich. Likely would try again given convenience and options."

"Stopped on March 14th at “The Great American Bagel Bakery” in Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers - RSW) before our flight and had the Chicken Bacon Club on a cheese bagel. I read a lot of one star complaints in the reviews but mine was the opposite. In fact this was one of the best takeout sandwich I ever had in an airport (takeout and airport are two important key words here!). Wife and kid were also delighted with theirs (BLT Bagel & Chicken Pesto Panini). Prices are airport typical, around 12$/sandwich. Treat yourself, it’s far better than what you have on Air Canada’s inflight Bistro menu."

"Had an everything bagel with cream cheese. The two guys working were friendly and efficient. The cream cheese was forgettable but fine and the bagel itself was incredibly soft and fresh. Glad I had a better experience than many other reviewers. Either I got lucky or they have taken the feedback and greatly improved!"
