"I ordered, paid, and was told to park. 20 minutes later, I went inside as I hadn't received my food. I waited another 10 minutes inside before an employee acknowledged me. I explained the situation and waited another 15 minutes to get my food."
"The staff here is horrible. Completely unhelpful. They don’t know how to take orders and don’t know how to give the correct orders. I ordered certain items, when I got to the window that they read the order back to me there were 4 additional frappes that were not part of my order so good thing I noticed before I was charged for it. Then while the order was semi right on the receipt (got the drink requested wrong) we were given the wrong bag with the incorrect items. I even like slightly checked the items to see if they were right and I just saw three fries on top (which was a part of my order) and couldn’t even get to the bottom to check the rest because they are so useless they cant put two separate bags with the hot fries. But anyway the items were incorrect and I unfortunately didn’t notice until I got home. We had ordered a 10piece nugget meal with two mcchickens and two medium fries. What we got was a random burger and two ten pieces?? The receipt was right but the lady at the food window couldn’t care less and just gave out whatever bag was in front of her. Very disappointed."
"I’m not a fan of McDonald’s. Not a fan of fast food at all. But sometimes I get a quick meal when it’s needed. This place doesn’t disappoint. It’s a really quick service. The manager was multitasking and making sure that everything was working properly. And the workers were very helpful and focused. It helps a lot to have many bilingual employees. Given the fact that many customers were not able to speak English. Very clean, state of the art equipment and easy to order systems. Good portion of food. Good temperature and great service."
"Waited over 15 minutes after paying. Got the wrong order and this is how they make a Big Mac there. Awful location!"
"I'd pick literally any other McDonald's over this one. Sat for an hour for 2 happy meals. Then trying to get a refund when you still haven't received your food? Good luck getting an employee to pay attention to you."
