"$4.59 for just a sandwich. It was a bun with 2 pickles and an overcooked strongly piece of chicken with no sauce or mayo. I asked ant the counter and they said that this is how it comes. The soda from both machines was flat. So I think they ran out of CO2 and either did not realize it or did not care. Are least the fries were hot and crispy."
"The recent experience at the drive-through was disheartening. Unfortunately, the night employee at the drive-through communication style, reminiscent of an older, mature woman, was far from professional. Previous visits to the same location, where interactions with younger staff showcased greater professionalism, made this encounter particularly disappointing. Politely asking if there was a reason for her to be raising her voice at me, I chose to disengage, as maintaining a drama-free environment is my preference."
"It's McDonald's, it was late night drive thru, but this location is always good. The food is as it should be at any time, I know the workers don't want to be there, but no attitude, they do it quick and correct. I've never even run into cash only at this location, except for when the whole system crashed, the manager pulled out paper and calculators and got it done, it was amazing. And not one person made a fuss about it. Kudos to them on that night for sure."
"Beyond disappointed. Was with a group of friends and a women came out the back before we could all order and told us we weren’t allowed to eat inside because someone stole the seats. First of all it was not us that stole but the fact she was rude. AND legally we’re aloud to sit inside and eat for 30 min. Then when we asked if we were allowed to eat in the parking lot she said “yeah i don’t care y’all will crash and die anyway” very disrespectful. Wanted to call the cops on us because we just wanted food and sit inside while outside had no seats. Insane behavior."
"We stopped through the drive-thru to get our 6yo a happy meal and a Oreo McFlurry. On the way home, she ate her meal so she could eat her dessert when she got home before bed. When we got home it looked a little chunky so I took the first bite. CRUNCH!!!!!, WTH? Then the taste hits me. Who the hell puts full coffee beans in a McFlurry? I pulled some out for the photo and it does have some oreo in it but 90% coffee beans. That was the nastiest thing I've ever had and don't think I'll ever be able to eat another one without tasting this in my mind. It's been 30 minutes and I've drank Pepsi, water and ate a few chocolate chip cookies and the taste is still there. When I called back to talk to the night manager to get my order number. (We didn't get a receipt either) I explained what had happened and he made no effort. No "oh no. I'm sorry" ,"if you're able to come by, I'll be glad to make you another one. Or give me your information and maybe we can send you a gift card for the next trip." Normally it's good service and food but it was us and 1 other car. I'm still curious on how coffee beans got into a oreo McFlurry."
