"Loved the food. HATE that an employee wrote down my CC number and used it to pay someone else’s bill/charge 2 days later. Had to cancel my card, dispute the charge and now am waiting on the investigation to get my money back!!! What a shame because I WOULD HAVE been a long time patron. Oh, I did try to contact the restaurant and got no reply."

"4 of us stopped in for hibachi. We ordered. Our drinks came. The soda was awful. I did ask for another flavor and that was gross as well ( I made it known and was still charged for them). We waited over an hour and a half for our cook, then he puts the rice on our plate and the plate shatters. Food was decent."

"The restaurant is clean, the service is impeccable, the sushi is fresh and great. I ordered the signature dish of sushi and sashimi. The presentation was on point and colorful. The gentleman running the place obviously cares about the customer. Friendly and affordable, you don't experience customer service like this anywhere else, in my humble opinion. Sakura is highly recommended."
