"It is the worst pizzeria I have ever seen in my life, for the first time in my life, a pizzeria Cancels an order that I placed online and also does not let me know that it did I placed an order the day before at 11:38 p.m. Pizzeria said it closed at 12 a.m., which means that if they took my order it was because they were still open; For 2 hours, I was watching as their Tracker told me that my order was being made, like a stupid woman I was waiting for 2 hours and the order never arrived at my house, the next day I made a call and the person who attended me very calmly told me that my order had been canceled and that he didn't know who had done it or why and that he also didn't know if they had called me or not to let me know, that is, in my own face doubting what a client was telling him. Obviously the person who received the order decided to cancel it without letting me know so as not to work half an hour before closing the store. terrible customer service"

"Pizza was very good though curbside needs work to fulfill expectations. Only drawback is location can be easily missed and u-turn entry or departure when heading with limited access to parking lot."

"Pizza arrived 55 minutes it was ordered. Over 1/2 an hour after the est time of arrival. It was cold. The website caused my debit card to be turned off. The store never answers the phone. Driver just dropped it in front of door and left. Never rang the bell or knocked. Unacceptable."

"I just ordered your NY Large Style Pizza, it was horrible. Fist of all it came in the wrong box, problem is you can't put a round pizza in a rectangle box. Pizza was folded over on its self. Questioned driver he said they ran out of boxes. Ordered extra cheese, all the cheese was in the middle. There was no cheese for 3 inches around the whole out side and the whole pizza was dry. I took pictures but I could not down load them. Ate half of the pie because I was hungry, the rest was fed to the trash. I can see why the store has only a 3.6 rating. They need to get their act together"
