"The food is always really good but the app is like a sofa in a stairwell. It takes forever and if you aren't careful, it gets screwed up and you have to start over. The staff in the restaurant is always nice, but they can't do anything about the app since it is through their corporate office. Today, the app let me order a pizza for pick up at 10:35am. The restaurant didn't open until 11. I still got a message saying that my order was being prepared even though no one was there. Since it was prepaid, all I could do was drive back to the store and hour later and hope for the best. I tried to call the store but it went to a corporate voice mail. I tried to leave feedback on the Marco's site but it wont let me. It just said to contact the store."

"Ordered 2 large pizzas and family size Greek salad to deliver . Large pizza ok but got Greek salad for two called talk to manager said he could not do anything about that! They must be hurting for money to not be able to compensate! I have did a lot of business with them in the past but that will be my last order! I am in business and never would let a few dollars cost me a customer!! They need better management!"

"Got to say first time at this Marco's Pizza was very good the atmosphere was really nice everybody was acting right customer service was really good pizza was amazing if you love good food good pizza this would be the place to go I recommend this to anyone."
