"I ordered a medium veggie lovers pizza that came to almost 40$ (yes one pizza) got it delivered through Uber eats, the Uber driver was a wonderful kind female, no tampering done etc whatsoever with the order tamper seal, and because someone simply forgot to put the wax paper down before the pizza in the box, it ruined my entire pizza. The middle and even outsides of the pizza were melted to the box. Couldn’t lift ANY slices up without the pizza simply falling apart and becoming hole-y. Then it sketched me out thinking that maybe someone dropped it at first, then quickly threw it in the box without the wax paper. Basically because that simple mistake was made, (not putting down the wax paper in the box) my entire almost 40$ pizza was ruined. Pizza looked gorgeous… until I realized it was completely melted to the bottom of the cardboard box. Just shows laziness, I called corporate because this is absolutely not worth 40-50$ worth of quality for a pizza. Actually sad. Will never get from this location again for sure as a new resident of Florida, I’ll avoid this place for sure if my expensive pizza will just get melted to the bottom of the box because of carelessness. I’ve been a GM in the food industry for 10+ years by the way."

"Can only rate on pickup. Delivery not available to me in my area ( wish it was, would order more often. But alas they don't deliver to my area, a 7 minute drive.) . But did is always ready in the 15 minutes stated. It's always fresh and hot. Staff is always friendly and polite. Outside the store in the strip mall could be alot better lit with less people smoking right outside the store entrance. But I would recommend this store!"

"Ordered from here. Pizza seemed soggy, order boned chicken wings additional but got boneless, and delivery was 15 minutes late. Nice way to get over charged. 18.99 for bone in checked wings but get delivered boneless which is $15-16 for the same amount."

"Like most other pizza in Florida, this does not live up to Midwest expectations. Lacking on cheese and sauce. You would think with a national chain you would get some consistency, but evidently not. Pizza came as ordered and quickly. Just underwhelming. The lack of toppings made it more like a medium instead of a large"
