"This place literally skimps people on there orders now. It’s sad because this was one of my go to places for breakfast and lunch but the last few times here are just not the same how Perkins used to be. I ordered a byo omelette I Must have had one piece of sausage ground up in my omelette that’s it. I also ordered a chicken crunch salad, looked really good in the picture on the menu. the server said it would come with three chicken tenders it came out with one cut up chicken tender and then a bunch of fried inedible pieces of a chicken tender. One chicken tender and it was supposed to come with three had to order extra on the side. The manager brought me out another chicken tender so kudos to her for the customer service. But they are straight skimping on portions now here."

"My wife and I met some friends from church here on a Saturday morning, and to be honest I really wasn’t looking forward to going to Perkins. It did take a little bit longer than normal for the food to arrive, but the waitress did a very good job at making sure we always had coffee, and water as we waited. Once our food arrived, I was shocked by how amazing my meal was. It far exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely go back in the future for a good breakfast."

"As soon as we walked in the door, Kayleigh greeted us quickly with a big smile on her face and so much positive energy that felt so welcoming! She immediately got us a table and Brian G, our server, was there within 10 seconds. He also was very Nice and gave us the time we needed to look at the menu, but also made suggestions as to items we may like. I was impressed with the overall service, quality of the food, which was hot and fresh, as well as the management presence in the restaurant! It was extremely clean and as a former region coach for multiple restaurants, I appreciate their attention to details! I come to Florida 4 to 6 times a year, and I definitely will be back because of the excellent food, great service, and overall positive feel of the restaurant! Lori D"

"Service and people there are great and the food is awesome. Only 1 complaint. Every time we go there I order my eggs over well, but seems like the cook doesn’t know what that means? Every time the yolks come out runny. Other than that it’s a great place. Well I went back the following weekend and my eggs were perfect! Thx for listening Perkins"

"On my day off I decided to comb on a special premother's Day my server was absolutely wonderful The manager Cindy was absolutely wonderful the food was hot it was good just like the picture absolutely the very best Perkins in the country thank you so much Happy mother's Day to all the ladies that work there"
