"Well to begin with, the entire time i was ordering my food the employees on the side were talking very loudly about how they “hate white people” and went on about that for 10 mins. My family of 4 was the ONLY customers inside and it work a very long time to get our food. Meanwhile an employee went on break way after and they skipped and got his food out right away. Very poor and very slow service."

"So I go to the Wendy's drive-thru last night around 10:30 to grab a bite to eat after my pool league and there is nobody in line in front of me and the guy in the Drive-Thru tells me to hold on a minute and I wait at the speaker for 5 minutes by the clock in my truck, so he finally comes on to take my order and I pull up to the window and that's when the fun begins. The guy mumbles my total out the window and I had to ask him two different times how much it was and the third time he shouted it out very loud and with a really dirty look on his face and I told him I said hey you're mumbling I can't hear what you're saying and he decides to slam the window shut. These guys take another 10 minutes putting my order together and God is my witness I knew before I pulled out of there I should have checked my bag.. I ordered a very simple crispy chicken BLT which comes just as it sounds bacon lettuce tomato and mayonnaise cheese and when I got back to my house I had a chicken sandwich on two pieces of bread with nothing on it whatsoever... I have to tell you Wendy's on del Prado with a service that I was given, with the attitude that was displayed in the complete lack of filling my order as I ordered it I will never drive through or visit your location ever again even though it's only 2 minutes from my house. I would much rather go out of the way or start giving one of your competition my business instead of ever going back to your restaurant. Weather this review matters to Wendy's in the least, you lost a good customer"

"This has got to be one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I just moved around the area a few months ago and have been here maybe 4 or 5 times. My orders have been wrong more times than they've been right. It takes forever to get through the drive thru. The employees look miserable. I don't think I will ever return to this Wendy's."

"Went on 10/9. This place just gets worse and worse. We took a hamburger up to the counter to show them that we got the wrong one, they took it back and placed it on the warmer to give to someone else. Then two of them got into a loud discussion, with swearing included, about anime. The restaurant is always dirty, they literally spray painted the word "open" on the building at one point, they finally got a real sign for that at least. The soda machine in the seating area has been broken down for months. Our order is always messed up."
