"The order was wrong the first time. 14 tacos three different varieties. I went back there to have the order corrected and as the correcting it I get a text message from my daughter stating that all of the soft tacos are soaking wet and that the rappers are transparent because they're so wet. I showed this to the manager and she just walked away started doing paperwork came back said sign this gave me my money and I said I don't want my money I want food for my kids and she just turned around and walked away"

"Ordered large drink with meal they were out of large cups and gave us a medium, when we asked about money back or getting large, they refused saying it wasn't that much more anyway. Frozen drink was not frozen. They did offer to trade it for a different flavor but nothing else. Service was extremely slow. Not satisfied with this TB. Will not be back."

"Pay $29 for 4 items ordered online also selected hot sauce on the menu did not get any hot sauce at how you going to eat Taco Bell without hot or mild sauce? It shows on the receipt that I should have got did not get it's sad to read all these good reviews of how this Taco Bell is the best one the best one is not paying attention maybe. Very sad disappointed in 2023 people do not pay attention to detail when a receipt says you're supposed to receive this this this this this this this and this you're supposed to make sure they have it ."

"I waited almost 20 minutes in line ordered my food. Told the lady at the window I wanted mild sauce and she said oh it's in the bag. Pulled away and it's freaking hot sauce. So I go to the door. Which is locked. And I flagged down one of the girls. And she shook her head no and refused to come to the door. And hand gestured me to go through the drive-thru. And proceeded to talk with her coworkers. And so now I'm sitting in a 20 minute line again for some mild sauce. Because the heavy set lady with short brown hair refused to come to the door and give me a couple mild sauce. so I wait again for some more sauce go to put sauce on my quesadilla. And they're literally four little tiny quarter inch pieces of chicken on one of the cut pieces of the quesadilla. I just spent $10 and 40 mins for what???????"
