"Apparently when my dermatologist used this lab, they have a blank check to do whatever. One item was submitted for analysis and they did multiple stains. Maybe your bill is $100....maybe it's $600. No discussion, you just get a surprise bill later. Their response - 'well, that's just what they did'. Gotta love the medical profession where you can just do whatever and bill whatever. Is it too much to ask that there be some communication related to services?"
"Our company uses Gulf Coast Dermapathology Laboratories for our patients skin pathology testing. They are accurate and precise in their diagnostic testing. The support staff is professional and helpful. They go the extra mile to assure accuracy in prognosis , which aides in the care of our patients. We have used them for well over 12 years and highly recommend Dr. Milns and support staff."
"I will not ever go back there again! Not even once, worse service out of that many dermatology that I been to, the reception is rude, the doctor don't even care about you, my husband he has a folliculitis, which has a lot of small rush in his leg, the doctor keep telling him is bug bites which none of our family member gets it n we told her that, he even went back second visit for lab tests, still saying is bug bite, after two week never get better, he went to his family doctor n they told him is folliculitis. And I don't even wanna talk about my case, just totally went to a wrong place that's it, any other dermatopatholgy will be better then this one I m tell u don't go there."
