First Watch

"First time in a First Watch. A chain eatery. Service was perfectly fine. On the other hand, the food was not. I tend to rate a breakfast place on their Eggs Benedict. I have to say, once again, chain places fail to deliver. I didn't take the sides that came with it because, usually, the eggs should be all I need to be full. Unfortunately mine was missing an egg. By the time my waitress got back to us to see how we were doing I mentioned this and she was kind enough to offer to get me an egg. I was already more than halfway through the meal, so I declined. Plus the one egg I did get must have come from a Robin, it was so damn small. I know some places like to add a bit of lemon to their hollandaise sauce but it's a bit much in theirs. Had my Mother with me and she got two eggs over easy with crispy bacon and an English Muffin. She complained they broke the yolk and everything seemed overcooked. All this plus 2 cups of coffee and 1 small juice came to $40. The coffee & juice were good.. Needless to say we won't be back."

"Food is consistently great. Service was excellent. Nice value for what you get. We had no wait time and were seated immediately (but often you will find they are super busy - which is a sign of a good restaurant). Pleasantly pleased."

"Visiting the area for 24 hours and we grabbed brunch here. Service was great, our waitress went over all questions we had on the menu. I got steak and bacon burrito, it was BIG and delicious. Just wish they had lattes but overall 5 starts for sure."

"Our experience was so much better in this location compared to Sarasota. Perhaps it was due to being a smaller store and being staffed well but they had better customer service and and our server was more attentive. Food was pretty good. I like that they have healthy options. We liked their beet juice more than we expected. It was earthy and we liked that it was not too sweet. Better than the purple haze drink which was too sweet for my taste. We liked dining here and looking forward to coming back."
