Firehouse Subs Haines City

"We love Firehouse subs but our experience at this location was just subpar. We ordered large subs but only got medium subs. We checked our receipt and was charged for medium so we were like ok fine. We love their cookies that we waited until later to eat and they were really hard and seemed like a few days old. We never had a problem at any other locations and the cookies are always super fresh. We paid over $11 for 6 and was disappointed. I’m not sure if we will return to this location."

"The place is new for me, it has incredible subs, and products. The staff is amazing, super respecful and fast. The facility is based on fire fighters and all the decoratión is awesome, clean and super fun. Today was empty because of the holidays, however it was super convenient for us as a truckers."

"Needed something quick for dinner. Googled subs and this place came up. Absolutely delicious sandwiches, beats subway any day of the week. Service was polite and prompt. I’ll definitely be back."

"this establishment is getting me through life right now. i have developed a gluten issue that’s so severe that i can’t really do any cross contamination. when i do, i’m so so sick. i’ve gotten sick at other places like this with “ingredient tubs” or places they grab communally for the food. firehouse asks if it’s an allergy issue and when said yes, they take off gloves, and get fresh containers. they seem so knowledgeable and this is the safest place i can eat. this place is a pillar in my life at this point and i can’t say how much i appreciate being able to eat out somewhere."

"Meatball sub and the Engineer were both amazing! Portions were great! Service was friendly and fairly quick, but this location is missing some of coziness of other FH Sub locations. Hopefully as they become a part of the community that will improve!"
